To monitor listening trends and send royalty reports to licensing authorities, your IP address will be transmitted to our radio service provider when you connect to our radio broadcast. Your IP address is promptly anonymized, deleted, and rendered untraceable upon receipt by our service provider. This information is never transferred to or sold to other organizations.

We don’t take, use, or share personally identifying information from individuals younger than 13 years old. If we find out that a user is younger than this age when we take their Personal Information, we will not use or keep it without their parent or guardian’s permission. If we notice that we have taken personally identifiable information from a child under 13 without their permission, we will do what we can to get rid of that information from our records.

When the echofm iOS App is installed or launched on your device, no user data is collected.

The echofm Android App does not collect any user data during use. If applicable to your device, the application will monitor the ‘state’ of the phone app (Idle, in conversation, call ended) to enable audio control during phone app use. The App will not have the ability to eavesdrop on or extract phone numbers or data at any point. The Android application necessitates access to local storage. This serves to maintain its configuration to expedite the launch process.

In addition to using other service providers to assess and give us data on how the Platforms are used and what content is seen, we might also utilize third-party ad network providers to assist in the presentation of adverts on the Platforms. To present you with advertisements or other information tailored to your interests based on what you browse on the Platforms and other websites you have visited, these providers may install and access cookies, pixel tags, or comparable technologies on your device. In the process, the supplier obtains or gathers non-personal information, such your usage data. These suppliers’ use of cookies, pixel tags, and related technologies is governed by their respective privacy policies, not ours.
